Orlando Grand Hotel - 奥兰多

The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was very close to the Orlando attractions, and lots of restaurants and shopping (although not walking distance, but very short drive).

And the location is right next to the freeway, in a construction zone.

The location is right off the freeway, close to nothing as in walking but not a long drive to universal or international drive.

The location is awful , the noise and yes the county jail is on the other side of the highway which the hotel is also right next to.

After driving around for a while we decided on the Ramada because of its location, close to the fairgrounds where the concert was taking place.

Each suite has one queen size bed for adults and an adjacent kid's room with two bunk beds for the kids and their own little TV and play station.

We were told we would get a king bed but ended up with two smaller beds and were told no other rooms were available (although we never saw the parking lot over half full).

We had requested a "Kid Suite" which stated bunk beds & a single in a divided room for children.

My husband had bed mites bite him and when confronted at the desk they told us that is the forth occurence of that complaint in that room.

The first room we had smelled musty and the bathtub had a bubble in it so we had to switch rooms.

There was a nice restaurant to catch breakfast.

The front desk staff were great, our room on the 4th floor was quite nice and the restaurant we had breakfast was fine.

The hotel had some amenities, the restaurant downstairs was OK with a pretty good breakfast buffet.

This hotel was good and the front desk staff were great.

I have never experienced such exemplary service from the staff of a hotel.

This hotel was good and the lobby pool were nice I will say.

They also had a sports bar with pool tables and tv's, a game room, a fitness center with decent aerobic equipment, and self-service laundry.

With respect to the hotel itself, the lobby, restaurant and pool were OK, but our room was old and dirty.

Front desk rep was very personable and professional, the facility was clean as were rooms.

In all fairness the staff was very prompt and polite, the room was clean and comfortable, the food was a little better also.

Very nice staff etc and room seemed clean.

Contrary to what other posts said, we found the room very clean except the carpet could do a little upgrade.

The hotel was quiet, had clean beds, coffee pot and we requested a fridge.
