Excellent location to the main beach in town. Right by a relaxing getaway, local shops and stores, and several supermarkets, restaurant and shops.

Would love to return, it was a perfect 10/10 stay for dreamy vacation. The staff are really courteous and excellent and deserve a 4-star rating.

Syntopia Hotel exceeded all of our expectations! The unique architecture and chill vibe instantly put us in relaxation mode. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, with a natural and stylish design. The hotel's pleasant scent added to the overall experience. The cheerful and courteous staff made us feel right at home. The buffet-style meals were a pleasant surprise with a wide variety of delicious options. We even enjoyed a complimentary wine tasting event by the pool. The value for money was excellent for such a special place. We can't wait to return! Our stay was absolutely syntopic!

Lunch and evening buffet was great. In the room there was everything you needed: air conditioning, a balcony, a bar and a safe. The staff was very friendly. The massage is great (costs extra). From the beach (Orion beach/Beach bar Roulis) max. 10 minutes walking distance. The bus stop (you can go to Rethymno for example) is directly in front.

The selection at breakfast was moderate. There were a lot of ants at the pool. The air conditioning in the room was a little too loud. Sanitary technology is outdated.

The stuff are exceptionally attentive people with a fantastic service from the staff there.

Extremely spacious unit with a great decor. Top and varied breakfast to start the day, fresh food. Location: good and perfect, near to the fortress, several supermarkets, restaurant and shops and coffee shop. Heated pool, parking across the road.

Everything was amazing, very good service, ideal location not far from Spa, Gym & Outdoor cinema, Crete island and several supermarkets. I had functional and well-equipped room with mirrors, terrace and a hot tub. The pool was clean and I had soft drinks in the main bar. Late check-out was useful.

The food was delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from. The location was convenient, only a short walk away from the beach and close to several bars and restaurants. Plus, the staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay.

The room was quite small and lacked proper lighting, making it feel gloomy and uncomfortable. Another downside was the extra charges for towels and the room safe, which should have been included in the overall price.

The hotel is located in a great spot, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The food was delicious, with plenty of variety, and the hotel staff were really friendly and accommodating. The pool was clean and beautiful, and there were plenty of sun loungers available.

The noise levels at night were really high, and made it difficult to sleep. The rooms were also quite small, and we had to ask for extra amenities such as pillows and towels.

The coffee was bad and the selection of food was limited. The air conditioning was also problematic, as it was either too hot or too cold, and didn't seem to work properly.

The location of the hotel is great, and it's close to the beach. The rooms are beautifully decorated, and the breakfast is delicious. the spa facilities are excellent, especially the steam bath, and the staff are helpful and friendly.

The entertainment provided by the hotel during the evenings is poor, and there is not much to do after sunset.

We had a fabulous time during our romantic escape at this hotel. The rooms were stunning, just like the pictures, and the shower was absolutely incredible. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. We really enjoyed the live saxophone and violin performances, creating a lovely ambience. The location was great, with plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Plus, the hotel had a beautiful outdoor cinema, which was a unique and enjoyable feature.

One negative aspect was the sunbed situation. Some guests would get up early and reserve the beds with their belongings, causing disputes and arguments.

A perfect stay for sightseeing. Helpful and patient receptionists, a central location, and empowering breakfast. Rustic and boho-chic rooms with delicious buffet meals. Lagoon style pool and live music performances added to the hotel's atmosphere.

I had an amazing stay at the Syntopia Hotel. The atmosphere was so relaxing and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel at home. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the bed was perfect for a good night's sleep. The hotel also surprised me with special birthday treats, which made my stay even more memorable. And I can't forget to mention the incredible massage I had with Marina, the best I've ever had! I highly recommend this hotel for a truly enjoyable and relaxing experience.

Absolutely mind-blowing experience! The staff was super professional, always happy, and extremely service-minded. The hotel manager was amazing and made us feel incredibly special. The staff went two steps ahead of us, always checking on small details and offering assistance. The all-inclusive food was amazing, a pleasant surprise compared to previous Greece trips. The hotel decor is incredibly relaxing and modern. Can't wait to return for another unforgettable trip! 10/10!
