The hotel's location near the lake offered beautiful views, and the breakfast was good. The staff were friendly and helpful, and parking was easy to find.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location near the lake provided us with a breathtaking view and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, ensuring that all of our needs were met. The room was modern, clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. We particularly appreciated the in-room air conditioning, which kept us comfortable during the hot weather. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a wide variety of options to choose from. Additionally, we loved the terrace where we could relax and enjoy some drinks while taking in the beautiful surroundings.

Families would find this hotel to be an excellent choice.

Very basic hotel but expensive prices.

My Christmas stay at this hotel was wonderful! The breakfast selection was amazing - I couldn't get enough of the delicious pancakes and pastries. The location was perfect for exploring the city center and the nearby lake, and I enjoyed the stunning views from my room. Another great advantage was the complimentary tea and coffee available at all times - it was a nice touch!

I did find the rooms quite small and outdated, and there wasn't enough storage space for my luggage. the absence of a minibar was a bit frustrating, as I had to keep going to the supermarket instead of having refreshments readily available.

Poor air circulating in the room, no air condition. Not possible to open a window. Service truck on the backyard wakes you up at 5 o'clock am. Extra charge for standard car parking outside.

The room and bathroom were modern and clean, with a nice view of the lake. The hotel was quiet and we slept well, thanks to the efficient air conditioning. The location was convenient, as we could easily walk to the city center and the castle by the lake. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the staff at the restaurant was friendly. The hotel also had a range of amenities, including a sauna and terrace with a great view. we were impressed with the modern facilities and excellent service.

Fortunately we stayed only 1 night

Restaurant was closed on sunday (however we don't think that we missed something special), small room, small bed, minibar was not working, airco was not working (there was a fan in the room...), uninterested personnel, lot of snow on the tv (even YLE 1-3) and above all things the hotel asks €10 extra for a parking place (on the Booked.net website it is €8). Tip: 300 meter further left to the railway station parking is free of charge!!! (personnel doesn't inform you about that)

The rooms where substandard the room service was poor we ran out of toilet paper and had to rummage to find some we had to ask to get our bed made we where told to order a cab in the morning to save money but when the staff rang at 5.10 no cab came and lucky a friend took us to our bus this is our first time in Finland and maybe this is your standard but as seasoned travelers thru out the world this hotel would be down the bottom.

Situated near the railway station with lovely views of the lake, this hotel offers comfortable rooms and good service. The breakfast is perfect with a wide range of options available. The hotel has excellent facilities such as clean bathrooms and spacious rooms with all the necessary amenities.

The parking arrangements at this hotel left a lot to be desired.
