Without exception everyone who attended commented on the high level or service and our choice of stylish location.

Good location, beautiful Hotel and reflective of the attitude of all the staff we came into contact.

Excellent location-friendly staff, ballincollig is small so there is not much to do within walking distance -- limits spontaneous activities and the hotel is impressive on arrival.

Convenient and accessible location for business in Cork suburb, ballincollig itself is a nice town, loads of onsite free parking & hotel only 5 mins walk from shopping centre.

Stayed for one night, first visit to Cork City, check-in was quick and easy, the (free) underground parking saved us from the rain.

Bedrooms spacious - large bathroom - decor lovely - large comfortable bed - friendly staff, the service was fantastic and i got a fabulous suite.

The room itself was presented impeccably and amongst the usual stuff had a 6ft wide bed, and a plasma tv.

We had a standard room which was large and had a large bathroom with a shower and bath.

My room was very large and had a plasma TV, mini bar and provided a bath robe and slippers.

I recommend you get a room with air conditioning as the rooms get quite warm.

The restaurant food was a little overpriced but the bar food was consistently superb and the selection there was wonderful.

The Hotel restaurant and bar food is very nice but quite pricey.

The leisure facilities, the Restaurant and the Bar where all first class.

There are some really nice pubs and restaurants a short stroll away and we found a great little italian restaurant with great athmosphere.

I ate in the restaurant both nights and the food was very good.

The leisure centre once again was very good, hotel was generally clean and the reception staff were very pleasant.

Lovely relaxing atmosphere, good friendly service and staff made check-in during wedding function straightforward& were always helpful.

Lovely friendly helpful staff throughout our stay, the service was good and the room was large and comfortable.

Exceptional staff in every area of the hotel, the reception was good and there was a mini fridge in the room that was great for keeping drinks cool.

The leisure facilities are excellent- 25m pool, resistance pool, range of jacuzzis,sauna,steamroom, gym,etc.

The pool is great and has a shallow area for children, there is also a steam room, jacuzzi and sauna.

Swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna & steam room were great, easy to access, no hidden charges.

We had a fine, spacious room, everything fresh and clean.

Good size clean room, food are fine and the facilities are lovely.

A lovely atmosphere, friendly staff and the room was clean and comfortable.

Room was absolutely fantastic, very clean, flat screen t.

Rooms were spacious and clean with some lovely little extras (chocs on pillow at night).

    Very well located on outskirts of Ballincollig, pleasant hotel and i attended a wedding recently in the Oriel House - had a great day at the wedding. Upon arrival the exterior was impressive and the staff were warm. The room was spacious, the bar was relatively quiet and food was very good.

    Convenient and accessible location for business in Cork suburb, ballincollig itself is a nice town, loads of onsite free parking & hotel only 5 mins walk from shopping centre. All the staff are incredibly friendly, the beds are extremely comfortable and food are fine. The pool is great.

    Away from Cork city traffic, the Oriel House Hotel is a nice hotel and the staff are really excellent. Furthermore a wonderful Thermal Suite to enjoy before, the spa is just perfect.
