Excellent hotel for the price, reception was smart as was check in and the room was fine for us.
The hotel has a good pool, excellent customer service from reception staff and our bathroom appeared clean.
Located a short walk to city center, hotel location is quite good and our first room didn't have internet access.

Good location near the castle, and next to the tram stop takes you to the city centre, pleasant stay. Multilingual friendly staff, decent room and food excellent in Kopernick restaurant. Superb choice.
