Conveniently nestled in the peaceful countryside, the Oranmore Lodge Hotel Conference And Leisure Centre Galway provides easy access to the downtown Galway and to the village of Oranmore, with a number of great pubs and restaurants and the picturesque Galway Bay.

Boasting over 150 years of hospitality tradition, this four-star luxury hotel is renowned for its knowledgeable customer service and a range of desirable amenities. For example, guests will appreciate such conveniences as a state-of-the-art leisure center, conference center and Wi-Fi throughout the property.

There are 50 standard and executive rooms, which are meticulously designed with classic and modern touches. Each room is fitted with multi-channel TV, tea/coffee making facilities and en-suite bathrooms with Egyptian towels and complimentary toiletries.

The hotel houses two restaurants where guests are offered a delightful selection of classic and innovative Irish dishes, high-quality wines and tasty light meals. In addition, there is a bar available serving numerous drinks and bar food.

The event facilities comprise nine meeting rooms with the latest audio-visual technologies and with the largest seating capacity of up to 300 people.

During their stay at the hotel, all guests can take advantage of complimentary access to the leisure center, which includes a well-equipped fitness room, sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi and a swimming pool.

Family Rooms are more spacious and include the comfort, and facilities of a standard room.

Executive Rooms offer additional space and upgraded comforts like leather sofa, feature fireplace, 42" LCD screen, DVD and luxurious toiletries.

Superior Rooms combine traditional Irish design with contemporary touches and include a spacious work desk with a lamp.

Apartments have two or three bedrooms, lounge area/kitchen, with TV/DVD in each room, and a private parking.

All downstairs apartments have a private patio area.

Baby cots are provided upon demand.

All the accommodations are non-smoking.

All children under two years stay free of charge when using existing beds or cots.

There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.

Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is one.

Reception was bright and the room was spacious and clean.

By car: Head west on W Carnmore toward R339. Turn left onto R339. At Lynch Roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Bóthar na dTreabh/N6 heading to Gaillimh/Galway/N17/N59/N84. Hired a car from the airport at europcar was the cheapest and toured all round Galway, the hotel was clean and warm, and our room had two double beds and was spacious. The staff were excellent and hot tub was just OK. The food was very nice.
