  Of all the places i stayed in my 6 weeks in uk, this was the worst by far and the person at the reception was very helpful. Rooms were very clean and cosy.

  The public areas were dirty and the towels were ripped and torn and stained as well actually. The breakfast was not as good as i expected.

  Very bad very small rooms and breakfast wasnt good either.

  Dirty communal areas, poor decor and staff did not no much English.

  Great location very close to Marble Arch tube station, the worst stay of the year award goes to The Opulence Hotel and rooms are acceptable in terms of cleanliness.

  Common areas very nice and trafalgar Square. Staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, late breakfast time was good.

  I liked its position and near Baker St station as well. Very nice room decor and good Price. Attractive frontage belies interior, extremely helpful staff and the shower was very small aswell, large people wouldnt have been able to fit in.

  Cooked breakfast was 2 eggs only, the young male receptionist was useless.

  The location was good and the hotel was within easy walking distance from Marylebone Station. Staff were very nice and room was excellent. The curtain had a sticky big white stain allover the bottom and the only hot breakfast offered was eggs.

  The location was very central, the hotel was in an excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful, well informed. The room was very dirty, pillows were good and only eggs offered for hot dish.

  Location was very good, staff were helpful, overall, the hotel was in desperate need of a deep clean and refurbishment, the gentleman at the reception was very nice and gentle. The bed was comfortable and the only hot food available was eggs.
