We loved the convenient location of this hotel, as it was right in the middle of the Beppu hell's area, with several scenic areas within walking distance. Additionally, this hotel provided excellent facilities, including a range of onsen options and a pleasant rooftop onsen. The cleanliness of the hotel was also impressive, and the staff provided exceptional service during our stay. Finally, the breakfast spread was fantastic, with a great selection of fresh items available.

The food was amazing with a lot of fresh and delicious options to choose from. The location was great, easy to reach all the scenic spots. The rooftop onsen was a big highlight, giving us an amazing view of the city and a relaxing atmosphere to enjoy a soak.

Sadly, one staff member wasn't as friendly as expected, but all the others made up for it, providing us with great service. the onsen water temperature could have been hotter.
