One Washington Circle Hotel - 华盛顿哥伦比亚

Well located to the World Bank Offices and this hotel is in a great location.

The location was perfect- Only 1 block away from the metro and in a very safe neighborhood (actually part of the GWU campus).

The only downsides are the costly and slow valet parking (a car is hardly necessary with this location near a Metro stop) and as others pointed out, there is the occassional siren from the nearby hospital.

We got a 7-day Metro Pass and it was perfect - we went everywhere by Metro, even to the airport.

Catch this bus steps away from the Metro station.

I was in a suite that had a desk area, couch, chair, and TV in the front room with a seperate bedroom with a king bed.

We stayed in a corporate suite, which consisted of a small kitchen (with a big refrigerator, oven, microwave, sink, pots and pans, flatware, dishes, and glasses); mid-sized bathroom; small bedroom with a queen-sized bed; and a large living area.

Hotel room/suite was great value: full kitchen with utensils and pots, small bedroom, and living area with sofa bed.

The Circle Bistro restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and also provides room service to hotel guests.

Tried the restaurant downstairs for breakfast but did not have a good experience (waiter and cold food).

We did not eat at the hotel restaurant or bar.

We didn't have occasion to eat any other meals from the hotel restaurant, but if the fondue is any indication, the food is superb!

We didn't try the restaurant because my kids are picky eaters and the food at the restaurant looked too fancy for them to like.

The service at the front desk was polite sometimes, the employees were really friendly and quiet room that was clean.

We made use of the small gym and the valet parking.

There is also an outdoor pool and a nice little gym.

The lobby was very nicely decorated, with modern furniture and a circle motif that carried through to the end tables, wallpaper, and the mirrors on the walls.

It’s not the Four Seasons, and there is a little more street noise than would be ideal, plus the high-speed Internet access is available only with a network cord, not wireless.

I also could connect to a few open wi-fi networks in the area.

The rooms were okay, not spotless but fairly clean.

We stayed in room 810, which had a fully equipped kitchen (fridge&freezer/microwave/stove&oven/coffeemaker/ toaster/coffee-bean-grinder/silverware+cups+plates+pots for two) and which was extremely clean.

Very clean room and i loved having the kitchen.
