Omni San Antonio Hotel At The Colonnade

I chose this location because of it's close proximity to Sea World and downtown.

It's within 10 mins or so of the Airport and only 10 miles from the downtown Riverwalk area.

But the most important things, that is the room, the bed, and the cleanliness of the hotel, were spectacular.

The room was clean and beautiful, the bed was of the highest quality, the concierge was informative and helpful, and the bellmen were extra friendly.

On the wall in stick on letters it said "Please make sure curtain is inside tub during shower," which was helpful because otherwise, the entire bathroom would be full of water.

THE ROOMS WERE VERY NICE AND I JUST LOVED THE BEDS.

THEY WERE SO COMFORTABLE IT WAS HARD TO GET OUT OF BED.

The Bolo's restaurant was great, the breakfast buffette was delightful and for a very good price.

Wonderful greeting makes anyone feel welcome and the lobby / bar area are very nice.

Otherwise the service here is excellent and the breakfast buffet is great.

The breakfast buffet is great with made to order omelets and sausages as big as brats.

Amazing breakfast buffett (almost like a brunch).

I would stay there again, but would love to see the front desk staff give better service.

But again, the front desk staff was rude and stand-offish, which for a supposedly four star hotel, was very disappointing.

Overall it was a good stay, but my disappointment was in the type of attention and service from the front desk.

The front desk staff made it feel like it was a nuisance to approach their desk.

The hotel lobby was nice and there were 2 pools- one inside and one outside- and a well equipped gym.

Very hot jacuzzi adjacent to the children's pool so that you can easily soak away & still keep an eye on the little ones.

Lap pool outside with large spa for warmup on the colder days.

The rooms were nicely appointed, clean, well-maintained, and comfortable.

The room was clean and check in and out was very easy.
