Omni Royal Orleans New Orleans - 新奥尔良

The Omni is located in probably the finest location in the Quarter, its walking distance to practically everything.

Located one block from Burbon the location is close enough to the action, but far enough away for peace and quiet.

The location here is great – 2 blocks from Bourbon St, furthermore the hotel positions you very close to river as well and the staff are all very efficient and friendly and helpful.

In fact if you took a cab ride from the airport directly to the downtown area and spent your stay in the French Quarter you would never know Hurricane Katrina set foot in the state.

You have to take either a city bus or taxi to venture uptown.

Of course, there were only two of us and even though we really only needed one bed, maybe we got a larger room because of the two beds in the room.

The rooms are tiny, the bed cover was one of those multi colored generic ones to hide all the stains I assume, and the bathroom shower curtain was very dirty.

The bed is comfortable, the furniture is high-class, the rug is clean, and the bath is impeccable.

The bed and fabrics were wonderful, the furniture had a historic feeling, and the bathroom very clean.

The room size was adequate, the bed was comfotable, cable t.

Had breakfast and dinner in Rib Room restaurant and the food was delicious and the service was great.

There is a nice restaurant (Rib Room) and accompanying bar.

NOLA restaurant, The Pelican Club, Mr B's Bistro, Preservation Hall, House of Blues - all these restaurants or jazz places are like a couple of blocks away - not to mention Bourbon Street if you like the drunk / party / strip club atmosphere there.

I ate at Nola last year and found the food only slightly above average and the staff on the rude side, which was a surprise after a very nice meal I’d had at Emeril’s restaurant in Orlando.

There is a restaurant/bar onsite, but we did not use it.

The staff, Jamin (front Desk), Keith ( brought us coffee and juice in the morning) and Ryan, had to be the nicest and most professional people I've encountered in a hotel.

However, service from the front desk, location everything were brilliant.

The concierge was very helpful, and we found the staff in general to demonstrate southern hospitality.

The front desk staff are very welcoming and efficient.

The fitness room has a separate sauna for both sexes.

Our room was on the same floor as the pool, observation deck and fitness center, which we used daily.

There is a rooftop pool, fitness room, observation deck, but it is closed until December 4 for renovation.

The rooms were very clean and nice, but they were tiny.
