    Clean and comfortable hotel that is a good value, the spa tub is a little more in the corner so 's not so bad.

    The location is a little odd (right next to the freeway), but the area it is in is growing rapidly and there is a brand new outdoor upscale shopping district a mile away.

    Very nice hotel in quiet location and the staff at this Omni was very helpful.

    The bathrooms have granite countertops and the decor in the guest rooms is also very nice.

    Overall the hotel was great, the staff were very friendly and helpful, our king bed had high end linens.

    The bed and pillows were also some of the most comfortable in any place I've ever stayed.

    We used the restaurant for breakfast and they had a morning buffet.

    The restaurant was good, as was room service and the bar.

    We ate dinner at the restaurant - it was pretty good.

    It was a little difficult at first finding restaurants but as I traveled a little further down the street we found a lot of good restaurants.

    The restaurant didn't look like much, the pool is fine.

    You pay an Omni price and get a tiny room that badly needs renovation and front desk staff that is not well-trained or professional.

    The Omni is a lovely hotel with fantastic service.

    Hired this hotel for a wedding reception - sight unseen.

    My only issue was the pool seemed way over chlorinated to the point it smelled and the sign for the spa said it was 100 degrees and it was much hotter.

    The Lobby was wonderful with a great view of the indoor pool.

      Newport News isn't one of the best towns historically, location is less than desirable as well and the decor in the guest rooms is also very nice. Furthermore the lobby is beautiful, the bathrooms are fully updated and the complimentary continental breakfast is basically rolls. We used the pool after a long day in the sun at the airshow.

      Great Location had an executive suite very cozy, newport News met most of my criteria for a good stay-clean and the lobby was very nice. The staff was wonderful, check-in was quick and easy, our room was spotless. The coffee machine was not restocked or cleaned one morning.
