Omni Majestic Hotel Saint Louis - 圣路易斯

Good location for Cardinal games, complimentary taxi service up to 5 miles and nearby big cities.

The Omni's location was great - easy walking distance from the Ball Park for my boyfriend to catch a game, and even closer to the Arch for me to visit.

The location is convenient to a variety of things in St.

I love the ambiance and the location of the hotel.

Louis, and is only a short walk from the light-rail station and the convention center.

VERY nice hotel; large room, great furnishings,modern bathroom with nice toiletries, towels; extremely comfortable bed with high class bed-linen.

The room was large, the bed was heaven itself, and the bathroom was fine.

The room is cozy and the bed is big and very comfortable, which makes up for the small bathroom.

Our two bed room was very large, huge closet, but small bathroom.

Most of my complaints are minor: The bathroom was a bit cramped; the TV is placed at an awkward angle for watching from the bed; and the restaurant/bar in the lobby was undergoing renovations and lacking air-conditioning.

With regard to the latter, we only ate at the restaurant once (for breakfast – which, unlike many hotel buffets, was not overpriced), and the hotel notified all the guests that it was waiving the room-service fees due because of the renovations.

I ate alone in the bar,(along with a couple of other women also eating alone) and the food was very well priced and tasty.

The hotel bar/restaurant was excellent and the staff at the front desk was very helpful and polite.

The restaurant food is ok, but the classic bar is a fun place to hang out.

It was a nice continental buffet in the bar area of the restaurant.

However, the ENTIRE staff from the front desk, bartenders to the valet were all very friendly and had wonderful customer service skills.

I was disappointed in the front desk staff, with one individual even wearing blue jeans as he acted like the manager.

Everyone, the concierge, the valet parking attendants, the housekeeping staff and the restaurant staff, was super-friendly and helpful.

Really odd was that the Majestic's lobby and elevators play classic hard rock 24 hours a day.

Free shuttle service to and from your destination, even in pouring down rain after their normal service hours one of the lobby employees came and picked me up from my work.

I will say that after I cleaned it housekeeping did keep it that way.

The free wireless internet was great and worked perfectly -- I connected faster in the Omni than I do at my home office!

The hotel is very quiet, the staff are immensely helpful and friendly, the rooms are fresh and clean.

The gym is rather small, but the equipment is in good shape and the room is clean.

Housekeeping needs a few classes on how to clean a bathroom.

Clean quite rooms and bar/restaraunt was nice.

Additionally the staff is always very friendly, the rooms are clean and three different newspapers are also available free.
