The room size was nice and I had a very good stay during my vacation. The staff were all ready to help. Great location for the price, with close proximity to Italian and Asian restaurants and a secluded beach area with Thai beds.

In general the room was a nice size and well-kept on the balcony, and I enjoyed it. Customer-facing staff and were ready to help. It was based in extremely clean building in the best possible and convenient location, to Mayan museum.

The service was excellent and the food was delicious. The pool was nice and included a Jacuzzi and parasols. The location was beautiful, as Aquaworld Adventure Sports Center was within walking distance from the hotel. The beach restaurant and sushi bar were conveniently located on-site.
