The hotel is clean and the prices are good.
There is a free fitness center, which is fairly small but with decent equipment, free access to computer and DSL internet in the small business center, and a good restaurant that isn't crazy overpriced, considering it's a hotel restaurant.

Exceeded my (low) expectations & the price, for a hotel, was reasonable.
Great location, the hotel is similar to a big city Courtyard in terms of hotel and the front desk supplied excellent directions.

The number two thing this hotel has going for it is location.
This hotel is pretty average at a fairly good location in Omaha.
There is a made to order egg/omelet station.
The front desk staff was excellent and the bed in my room was amazing.
Staff were uniformly helpful and friendly, the room layout w/ a king bed was fine.
The rooms were way too small that it's hard to walk around the beds to get to the other side of the room.
The bathroom is extremely small and made for one person with the shower behind the door and you have to step over the toilet to get in the shower/tub.
The bedding is so comfortable, you actually look forward to climbing into bed!
The staff was friendly, clean and the beds were super comfortable, the restaurant provided a delicious breakfast.
I like the location- Bonefish Restaurant across the street was excellent, as was the casual restaurants in the small mall.
Restaurant/Bar area appeared to have been built in the 60s.
We usually eat at the breakfast buffett and are more than satisified.
It is easy access to the freeway (680), and the shops and restaurants nearby are excellent.
Hotel was nice, the Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, all three of our reserved rooms were modern.

The pool, hot-tub, and sauna are about as basic as you can imagine, and very small considering the size of the hotel.
The bedding is so comfortable, the drinks are good and the pool was cold even they said is heated.
For the price I paid and starbucks coffee served free in the lobby 9.
