We loved our stay at this place, it's a very comfortable hotel with extremely friendly staff from the receptionists to the managers.

This hotel was decent base for exploring Cairo, appreciated it and property’s excellent and excellent co-operating staff from the receptionists to the managers. Our room was reasonably large with nile view, just what was needed. We were in a great and perfect location a 10-15 minute walk from Muizz Street.

Had a pleasant stay for short and quite holidays, glad I've chosen it. All the staff was very helpful, tackled my issues. I appreciated the room on the top floors, the bed was large. The location was good to the Nile river.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, from reception to security and restaurant. The room had a nice view and was upgraded due to low occupancy. The hotel had a beautiful, traditional ambiance and belonged to a famous singer. Recommended for the excellent staff.

Great value for money with friendly staff. Huge apartment style room with lcd tv in both beds and lounge. Close to supermarkets and fast food stores. 35 min walk to downtown Cairo.

Uncomfortable beds with hard pillows. (take your own pillow). Lifts were slow and old.

the hotel is by the river Nile..very romantic veiw especially in the evening. Cafe, ATM machine, taxis and griceries are all on footsteps. Excellent secuirity

Recently refurbished standard double room with views of river. A minibar, satellite television and climate control available. Location right by the island, many coffee shops, and the restaurant for dinner.

The location was perfect, with plenty of great restaurant options nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Ahmed, the porter, who gave us excellent recommendations. I also loved that we were able to check in early and were upgraded to a spacious suite. The view from our balcony overlooking the Nile was breathtaking. The free breakfast buffet was delicious, with made-to-order omelettes and fresh fruit. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

our family went on a four day trip to Cairo and Alexandria. Thanks to a very competent staff of Om Kolthoom ,Mr: Mohd Hussain, we enjoyed our trip without being hassled.He arranged our pickup from the hotel ,the sight seeing trips, our trip to alexandria.The staff at the hotel are very cordial.We had rooms facing the Nile which was very relaxing after a hectic day of sightseeing .I would like to make a special mention that the bathroom was clean.
