The staff of the hotel were very helpful - they drove me around as I had to exchange some Kuna left from Croatia. The location is excellent, just 5 minutes walk from the beach. Breakfast was great and even though we did not tried it, the restaurant seem great.

I recently stayed at Hotel Sanja Former Oliva for a week-long vacation. The location was perfect, close to the center area and beach alley, with a 15-minute walk to the old town. Despite its proximity to the bustling areas, the hotel offered a quiet and calm atmosphere. The host, Branco, was a great gentleman who made me feel at home. The price was superb for what I received, and the service and hospitality were outstanding. The staff was kind and smiling at all times, offering a welcome drink upon arrival and providing helpful information and tips for my stay. The back garden with olive trees was lovely, and the room was cleaned daily. The breakfast was tasty with a good selection of food, and the dinner at the hotel was excellent and great value for money. The laundry service was also efficient and reasonably priced. Additionally, the hotel provided free bicycles for guests to explore the area, and there were plenty of supermarkets and bakeries nearby.

I would strongly recommend this hotel.

This hotel in a calm residential area exceeded my expectations in many ways. the location was perfect, only a short walk away from the beach and surrounded by shops and restaurants. The hotel itself felt like a big villa, with a cozy and personal atmosphere that made me feel at home. The room, although a bit small, was clean and had a balcony where I could relax. The daily cleaning service ensured that everything was in order when I returned. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, always taking care of any requests or needs that I had. And last but not least, the breakfast served in the beautiful garden was a highlight of my stay. The variety and freshness of the food made me feel like I was having breakfast at home.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Hotel Oliva. As a family-run hotel, we were made to feel personally welcome throughout. We intended to eat out each evening, but decided to eat in instead, as the food was great and there was lots of choice. We chose to eat a la carte, but could have kept it cheaper if we'd opted for the menu of the day. Although the hotel is in the middle of apartments and other hotels, the garden (and restaurant area) is quiet and comfortable, with lovely olive trees. If we are in Budva again, we will definitely stay at Hotel Oliva.

The location is ideal for exploring the city. Close to the beach, bus station and many restaurants. Rooms were always clean, had comfortable beds, and large balconies. I enjoyed a fantastic breakfast buffet with a variety of fresh fruits.

The hotelier was very friendly and helpful, the meals were very tasty and breakfast buffet was outstanding. The garden restaurant under big olive trees with small fountain is nice and romantic.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. the location is perfect - nestled in a calm residential area, yet just a short stroll away from the beach. It's great to have the best of both worlds. Secondly, the staff here really pay attention to detail. The rooms may be cozy, but they are kept spotlessly clean with fresh towels provided daily. Lastly, the breakfast included in the stay is a real treat. With a wide variety of options and great quality, it's the perfect way to start the day.

Everything is good. 5mins to bus station or the beach. A very helpful staff , delicious breakfast and cheap price. Couldnt be better! I will come back if I go to Budva.

The hotel is situated just a short walk from the boulevard and beach, making it a convenient location for a city break. the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, providing a free dinner to compensate for a mix-up. The breakfast buffet was also enjoyable, served in a lovely courtyard setting.

The room was quite small, but still clean and comfortable. We did have some trouble with the water in the shower being initially unclean, but it was addressed by the staff.
