Location was great. Very gracious innkeeper/hostess. Breakfast crew came in late, coffee was not served prior to breakfast, which was delicious and served on time.

The breakfast was excellent. The innkeeper was so helpful and kind. Although we never need to go to Santa Barbara again, We would just to stay at this nice Bed and Breakfast. We really enjoyed out stay.

While I appreciate the charm of an old b&b - felt it could have been cleaner - toilet handle came off in my hand - patio very dusty and full of cobwebs. disappointed that i did not know that the rooms were not airconditioned.

It was nicely decorated and we had a nice welcome. The drinks in the evening was nice and having sherry in the room was a nice touch. Breakfast was well presented. Interesting and very tasty.
The sheets ,although clean were marked. There was no coffee available except at breakfast.

This is a very nice and family feel bnb. The house is warm and beautiful, and stuffs are very helpful. It also come with free bike and minutes distance to the beach. Nice room and very comfortable bed. Will stay again for next visit .

The room was very strange, across from the main house. It was quite dirty and was difficult to get comfortable in. I felt like I was staying at someone's great-grandmother's house that hadn't been lived in for a decade.
