We booked the Colosso 1 house but there was a problem with it and they changed our reservation. The new house was a bit bigger and the location was better, very close to Termini station. The house was a bit old but comfortable.Living room with dinning table, 2 rooms,WC, bathroom and kitchen with Breakfast table. it was quite clean. On the 5th floor, so there was not much noise. And there was an elevator too. (the previous choice was on 3rd floor but no elevator). The people at the office when we checked in, were very polite and helpful.

The house needed stronger lights. At night it was difficult to read a book or magazine because there was not enough light. Some of the furniture was warn out, needed replacement.

Nice apartment. The staff are very helpful and when you collect the keys, they give you a map. The apartment has a supermarket right nearby and a short walk to the Colosseum. You can use the metro to get from Roma Termini to the nearby metro at Colosseum.

Would have been good to have a washing machine

Good location to tourist sites, and good access to public transportation.

Bathroom and kitchen could use an upgrade. The bathroom had a bad odor.

The apartment was in the best location ever and the interior was great. The place even had good internet, although it said there would be no access. The kitchen was well equipped and all was functioning. We really enjoyed it!

The only thing was that we thought the apartment was close to the Termini but that was just the office and the apartment ended up right beside the colosseum. The location was awesome but I guess you don't know beforehand where it is.

The room is sufficiently large and the kitchenwares are quite well prepared for us. TV is widescreen. They use Samsung Aircon.

      1. The apartment office, ApartmentApart, requested us to provide CVC code of credit card to them directly. Anyway, after I insisted not to give such code for several times, they understood our request. Thanks! 2.The heater did not work at all, and the room has no hot water. We also call them three times to fix the problems, but "no show". (we are reluctant to call them again after the mid-night because there are document stating that we have to pay more if we made an emergency call after the midnight. (I'm not sure whether this kind of call will be counted as "emergency" type. )) >>> So the facilities rate gets poor by this issue.

Centrally located in Rome, close to all attractions. Apartment is clean and moderately furnished. We enjoyed the apartment.

We were met by one of the office people/receptionist in a rude and offensive way. On one of our attempt at getting more information from her, we were met with "What seems to be the problem now?" in a condescending tone. It contributed to an unpleasant start of our stay in Rome. It is curious that the owner is allowing this sort of attitude among the staff.

      The location. That is all.

This review is for nerone ii, apartment 6 The apartment lacked air conditioning. On a hot day in Italy, this is a major problem. Fans are simply not satisfactory. The sofa couch was stained and dirty. The bed was really creaky and uncomfortable to sleep in. It was stated this place had free wi-fi. It had no internet connection whatsoever. None. There was no shower fixture to hold the head of the shower up. The bathroom was old. All apartments I have stayed in provide essential cooking itmes to cook with. This place didn'T. Everything about this place is so old and ratty. They simply have not updated and renovated it all because they are getting away with it. I would understand these problems if I had paid a reasonable amount, but for the price I paid, it was a complete rip off. No value for money whatsoever. You may as well stay at a hotel. Do not stay here, unless you want an overpriced old apartment

The Nero 1 suite was located very close to the colleseum and was a large, well kept and modern apartment.

The lack of air conditioning was killer. It pretty much resulted in the apartment being unbearable.

Great space, location and facilities with large airy and bright rooms, quiet at night, swimming pool for cooling off after a long days sightseeing.

Very centrally located within walking distance of the Colesium. Pretty small space and only one small bathroom. Ok for one family - 2 adults and 3 teenage boys - but one had to sleep on a sofa in the lounge. It was only for one night and it was affordable! Booking, collecting keys and booking in and finding apartment all went very smoothly.

Very compact but good for a family.

Could hold the whole group with some privacy. Close to termini and sites. Grocery store nearby. Clothes washer.

Lots of traffic noise. Fans need replacing so that they actually work properly. The clothes washer has a short. I got an electric shock up both arms when I touched the metal counter above the washer and wiped a wet spot on the floor.

Excellent location: walking distance from the heart of Rome and easy access to public transport (metro, bus)

I wasn't informed that there were serious construction works in the courtyard, just in front of my windows. It wasn't a particularly nice wake up to hear drilling at 7.30! make sure when you go there that the works are over (it should take quite a few months I think).

The apartment was located in via Urbana - a lovely street filled with funky shops, a grocery store and some lovely cafes and restaurants. It is a 10-15 min walk from Termini, I was only there 2 nights and found it was relatively spacious and great to have a washing machine to do some laundry after many weeks travelling. The apartment however was shielded by the natural light and very dark. The were some issues with the power (due to a kettle tripping) however instructions on this were available. When I checked in the internet service at the office was down and I had to go to a bank to withdraw funds to pay - it was 36 degrees and I was rather hot and bothered. Also Booked.net indicated the apartment had internet access which was in fact incorrect - a rather sore point for me as I had some important work to complete.

The location of the apartment is outstanding! One feels as if you are a local living in Rome as it is in the centre of the city but no tourists.

That it did not have AC (indicated) in the 34° heat of summer. Any company in 2011 that consider themselves as professionals that rent flats should have them with AC as it is not a luxury but a necessity since the introduction of electricity over 100 years ago. That said, it did not have WiFi(indicated) and I can live with out this so I did not check e-mails for a week, this was a hidden pleasure!

Apartment is too small for the money we paid. Watersleak fr the air cond in the living room n got flooded, but they fixed it.
