I was amazed by the spacious and clean room at Okinawa Harborview. The flatscreen TV with Japanese channels and the American Armed Forces Network was a pleasant surprise. The hotel's travel information service was extremely helpful in guiding us to the best beaches and bus schedules. Despite a small hiccup during check-out, the location near the monorail station and Kokusai street was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in Okinawa.

The value for money at the hotel was great and the room was spacious and clean. The location was convenient, within walking distance to the monorail and shopping street. The staff were friendly and helpful, despite some language barriers.

One small area of improvement could be the breakfast selection, it could have had a bit more variety.

A truly pleasant stay - ruined by their behavior re check-out!

I recently stayed at Okinawa Harborview and had a truly pleasant experience - except for one aspect that marred my stay. The room was comfortable and the conference facilities were top-notch. The highlight for me was the fantastic quality of the Japanese food served during the set dinners.

The behavior of the reception staff during check-out left a sour taste in my mouth. Despite not being informed in advance, the hotel had an early check-out time of 11:00 AM. On my last day, I had a leisurely breakfast and went shopping, returning around 11:00 AM. To my surprise, as soon as I entered my room, reception called to demand why I hadn't checked out yet.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and had a wonderful time. The Christmas decorations were amazing, and they had a festive holiday atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a great variety of dishes to choose from.

The rooms were a bit outdated and could use some modernization. The lack of English proficiency among some of the staff made communication a bit difficult at times.

The hotel had excellent services, the breakfast was great and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Additionally, the hotel location was perfect as it was located in a quiet residential area that was still not far from the city center.

The hotel has a great location near supermarkets, convenience stores, and the main street in the city. The friendly staff offered various exclusive amenities, such as eye warmer pads, bath powder, different pillow options, and soothing aromas to enhance my sleep experience. The restaurant served breakfast in a beautiful, comfortable environment. The spacious restroom was a highlight, with both a shower and bathtub for my personal use.

The hotel's name was misleading, as there was no harbor view from any of the rooms. Furthermore, the building's facilities and decor were a bit outdated, compared to the surrounding architecture.

The hotel is conveniently located in Naha City, close to popular tourist areas. You can easily explore the city by foot and find a variety of dining options and shops nearby. The rooms are comfortable with spacious bathrooms and all necessary amenities. The staff provides excellent service and is helpful with maps and directions. The breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options to start your day.

The hotel lacks a harbor view, which might be disappointing for guests expecting a scenic view from their rooms.
