Great pools, plenty of sun beds, and lots of activities for kids and adults. The staff, especially the animation team, were fantastic. The restaurant provided diverse and great value food. The hotel is located near beautiful beaches, restaurants and bars.

We coincided with a football tournament and truth is that the hotel seemed to be a correction without control. children did what they wanted and they got into the pool full of foam and spa without caps and entrance of the spa was totally flooded with the danger of slipping. No one was responsible for the children who were not at fault, since no one told them what they should not do, they did what they wanted and other users, including me, were harmed. I bought three hats for the spa and couldn't use them because all the kids were splashing around in the pool, was crazy. We had everything included, so we took what we wanted. It's a pity, such a good hotel, with lovely people, that the meals gave you that bad body and made you feel bad. rest I think is perfect. few more activities for little 3-year-olds, rest we'd say perfect.

I recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel here in Catalonia and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The location of this place is unbeatable, as it is situated right in the city center of L'Ampolla and just steps away from the beautiful beach. The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to ensure that my every need was taken care of. The room service was impeccable, and the housekeeping staff kept my room spotless throughout my entire stay. Additionally, the front desk receptionists were always friendly and helpful, providing me with information on local attractions and arranging tours for me. I felt truly looked after and enjoyed the top-notch service that this hotel provides.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

buffet is above average in similar hotels, to give an example for breakfast freshly squeezed orange juice, for dinner there are healthy options some day even sole. Another day they surprised me with grilled hamburgers, were hotter than some burgers from specialized places. Congratulations to the chefs. Excellent cleanliness considering the volume of people in both common areas and room.

bike service, few.. 5 one with deflated wheels, one without pedal and one without brake.. pool lawn deteriorated, typical problem of the hammocks that people reserve with the towel, this last one I understand is more problem of the people than of the hotel. gym looks like a shop window, maybe it would be good if it wasn't glass on all 4 sides to have a little more privacy. It was hard to order drinks with the all-inclusive. Disco with its closed bar, on Sunday the pool bar opened at noon, some workers were more dedicated to trying to link that to their work, often did not ask for food or drink by the lines that were formed, one day we wanted to make the room at 16:00 when we were inside and we came in a hurry because he had to fold (made wrong and fast). If the buffet was open they wouldn't serve you food at the bar if you went all-inclusive. The posters of the mini club are all in French. The pool bar already cut the tap 15 minutes before closing. In short the all-inclusive is not worth it because they make it very difficult for you to take advantage of it.

The hotel had excellent facilities for families, with spacious apartments and a great pool area. We particularly enjoyed the open-air cinema and the range of activities available, including padel tennis. The location was perfect, offering easy access to local beaches and a short drive from a charming town with plenty of restaurant options.

The cleanliness of the hotel left a lot to be desired. Our room smelled bad and the sheets didn't seem to have been changed recently.

Rooms are good as long as you have a view. Food is fine for mass catering. Kids staying there were well behaved and there is plenty for them to do. Most residents were French or Spanish - all the staff seemed to speak English. Nearby but not within walking distance are very good beaches, restaurants and bars. L'Ampolla is a lovely town. Further afield go to Gandesa and tour around, spectacular scenary

Apart from one restaurant (Bon Teca) which is a 5-10 minute walk there is nothing else you can easily walk to. You must have a car

Our stay at this resort was a much-needed escape from the usual touristy locations. Our accommodation was spacious, clean and had a comfortable bed with an excellent view of the sea. The bathroom was spotless. The staff provided a warm, efficient, and friendly service. The pool area was beautifully maintained and the spa was a great experience. Breakfast had a lot of options, with freshly cooked food. A small private garden was a bonus for relaxation.

The entertainment activities were limited.

The hotel had great facilities, including multiple pools and plenty of activities such as tennis and mini golf. The beach was easily accessible and offered a lovely view of the sea. Additionally, the restaurant had a wide variety of foods to choose from.

Although the hotel had some great aspects, the cleanliness of the rooms was not up to standard. There were dirty towels and hair in the bathroom, and the refrigerator was not cleaned properly. Furthermore, the noise level outside was high, making it difficult to sleep with the windows open. while enjoyable, improvements can be made with housekeeping and noise reduction.
