Parking was free and it was a great price for downtown location in Chicago at a busy time.

The entrance areas could use some improvement and my air conditioner did not work as well as I would have liked

We showed up at two thirty and check in wasn't until three thirty but they let us check-in. There are two doors to get to ur room that have to be accessed by ur room key. The area was well lit so at night you feel safe and know ur car will be ok. Also at night one entrance is gated and locked so there is only one opening to pull in or out. So it becomes completely gated. The motel is in a great location and close to just about anything you would like to see while visiting.

Upon arriving after driving six and a half hours feeling a little dirty and wanting to take a shower only to find out that there is hardly any water coming for the facet is a little stressful. It ran alittle brown at first but cleared up. Also they offer free wi-fi but it constantly cut in and out. That really isn't important to me. My over-all experience was great because the room was basically a place to sleep and shower. We were outside seeing the sights most of the time anyway. So the location was great for that.

Very good about letting you keep your car parked there even after check out time.

Our room was clean but the cleaning people for forgot to clean out the microwave and so when we tried to use it there was left over food in there from another guest. Then the bathroom drain did not drain very quickly you had to either take a shower and not wash your hair or wait before doing them together.

The location was great--within walking distance of the places we needed to go in downtown chicago. Free parking, which is well worth the overnight stay, even though we just had one appointment to go to in the city. Better than staying the burbs and dealing with traffic/parking.

The water was very chlorinated--i guess it was clean, though! : )

My Ohio House Motel room was a great price and in a prime location in the city. Also, the free parking was a huge perk.

Bed was very hard and needed additional pillows. Also, WI-FI not accessible from all rooms.

The location, the price and the helpfulness of the staff were excellent. We enjoyed our stay.

For a downtown Chicago motel,(are there more than this one?) it was great. Room recently renovated, kept perfectly clean, close to everthing and best price in town.

If you are not used to sleeping in the middle of the city, and would rather be up 25 floors away form the traffic noise, this won't work for you. But that aside, no real complaints.

The lady and the guy at the restaurant near by the motel were very friendly

A stinky smelling coming out from the carpet and the internet connection did not work in the room.

They advertise as 'dogs accepted", but do not reveal that all guests with a dog must stay in a smoking room. The room was permeated with smoke and management would not change room because of the dog.

That is the worst hotel I have ever met! The worst manager, Jim..! I ordered a double room two weeks ago, but when I checked in, the manager told me they didn't have it! They just offered a room with one bed! We are two! And give us a marginal room a101, the internet can't be covered! They said because of the weather! But when we came out, we can search internet outside! It was very radiculous! Because of the rain, we had no choice! When it was 2:00am, there was loud noise outside, some guys fighted, and the police came! It was really nightmare! The worst experience in Chicago!

It was a motel so it was very low budget. The hotel staff greeted me warmingly and asked me what level I wanted to stay in and gave me information about their ice machine and ac. The room was very clean and surprised me for how much I payed. The hotel also having free parking was a double thumbs up. Everything was in walking distance and it was in the heart of Chicago. It was across the street from the Rock n Roll McDonalds, Hard Rock, and more. The staff was very nice and I didnt have any problems with the internet or bed bugs. Very nice and I would stay here again for sure next time I go to the city.

It was clean, relatively inexpensive, and had great access to the Greater Chicago area.

Thin walls. Our 'neighbors' were up late, and we heard everything.

Friendly and helpful people at the registration desk. So close to downtown that you don't need a car. A short (10-15 min) walk to Do-Rite donuts at 50 W. Randolph where we had great donuts and $1 coffee two mornings, The cafe on the corner that is, seemingly, part of the motel had a hearty and tasty breakfast special for $5.75, NOT including coffee or juice. Entrance to the motel parking is convenient, from Ohio St. (always open) or from LaSalle (closed late in the evening). Plenty of parking, though almost full on Friday night.
