Ocean Manor Resort Fort Lauderdale - 劳德代尔堡

Some of the newer hotels you would have to cross a busy street to get to the beach, but this hotel is located directly on the beach on Galt Ocean Drive and is a good location.

The Tiki bar is by far the best fun on the beach day, ocean Manor is in a good location and we moved to this hotel from a better one to lower costs.

One of the best thing about this place is the location because you can walk to shopping and other restaurants if you choose, plus the bus passes right across the street which will take you to Downtown Ft.

Close to the airport, I took a taxi and didn't bother to rent a car.

The airport is also fairly close --about 20 minutes.

When we did get into the room the double beds looked like the would fall down you could shake the bed frame, the furniture looked like they got it off the dump, there was plexy glass for the door that over looked the ocean.

Got an ocean front room, newly remodeled, hardwood floors, great bed, beautiful bath room for less than $100 a night.

We were suppose to have a room with two full size beds and ended up with one full size bed and a loveseat that made out into a single bed.

The bathroom had stains all over the shower and bathtub, the bed needed a new mattress.

We looked at 4 different rooms before we "settled" on a hotel room with a king size bed.

The tiki bar was non stop fun day and night, and we ate lunch at the hotel every day and went out to a different restaurant every night.

Within walking distance are all amenities (across the road for groceries and quick food restaurants), "Shooters" bar which is a must on the intercoastal, and Lauderdale-by-the-sea which is a quaint little beach area with restaurants and shops.

The food and drinks at the tiki bar and on site restaurant are pretty expensive.

We were looking for a relaxing place where we would be steps from the beach, pool, bar and/or restaurant.

My first time at this particular resort was not bad considering the cost of surrounding hotels, the fact that this resort was directly on the beach, had a really nice pool and bar (also on the beach) and had a nice restaurant on-site.

The staff was extremely friendly, and the maid service was superb!

The accommendations were excellent, the staff was helpful, courteous,and polite, particularly the young men at the front desk.

Not a problem the staff and service were more than accomodating.

I wouldn't classify this is a resort, considering they didn't have a jacuzzi or spa and had a few hidden fees (you pay a $15 "resort fee" for the valet parking).

WiFi is only available in the lobby and at the pool, no internet in the rooms, so if you're working, you need to plan on doing it poolside.

Old chairs in hall, many doors without doorknobs, smelled terrible, elevator dirty, payed extra for chair on the beach as pool was unusable (green!

The wireless internet did not work once while we were there!

Additionally the room was clean, the outdoor facilities were amazing.

Our room was through a private owner and was clean, safe and had a great view.

Furthermore the staff was friendly and the beds were comfortable and clean.

The room fixtures were nice and the pool was clean.

Oh, and the rooms were very clean, in good condition, and were spacious.
