Perfect location - gorgeous sunsets and right next to all the nightime fun of Mallory Square.

The hotel had an unbeatable location at the end of Duval Street and next to Mallory Square.

It is a perfect location and was close to all of the great places like the Hogs Breath Inn and Irish Kevins, two places our group enjoyed for their entertainment.

The hotel laid on a taxi to take you to an alternative pool which was just perfect at the other end of Duval Street (Southernmost Hotel).

From the moment we set foot here, we were treated above and beyond our expectations.

The rooms are lovely, clean and up-to date with TV, coffee, our room was standard , but in the UK would have been superior, four poster bed, Jacuzzi bath / shower and lovely view.

Our room had a king bed and double bowl sink/ a section with a vanity and then the "bathroom" had a toilet and shower stall.

My room was fantastic - a suite with kitchenette, big open plan sitting room with a balcony, a great big bed and smart bathroom with jacuzzi.

Me & the wife took the master bedroom "king bed" with huge bathroom, dressing area, and whirlpool tub and stuck the kids in the 2nd bedroom with a queen bed.

We went from a Junior Suite which was one big room with a living room area and balcony, to a two bedroom two bath suite with a full kitchen, a washer and dryer and a view of the Sunset Pier bar, with turquoise water and boats!

The restaurants were fine; food was the usual stuff, nothing too inventive (although we didn't make dinner at the hotel - just sampled the outdoor waterfront cafe for lunch, and the regular restaurant for breakfast).

Purchased the "Romance" package for $279/night, which included breakfast daily (off the menu, not buffet) in the Hot Tin Roof restaurant and 2 drinks/each daily at the Pier Bar.

We had breakfast at their restaurant "Hot Tin Roof" and the food and view were great- service was slow.

The food in the Hot Tin Roof Restaurant was marvellous - both for breakfast and dinner.

The casual restaurant is outside seating only, but has a nice breakfast and burger type fare for lunch.

From the bus boys at breakfast to the front desk, partking attendants, concierge, and night staff -- if we had a question or a concern or a question, they were quick to act on it and we felt they were genuinely interested in keeping us happy.

Staff was absolutley outstanding from the Valet Parking, front desk, wait staff all the way down to the Pool Server.

The customer service and staff were incredible.

There is alot of building work going on, but you somehow feel you are an inconvenience to the hotel, always having to go to the undercover car parking area to access the lifts and ice machines.

It was noisy, there was no gym or spa facility, the pool area is ridiculously small, (as if it was an after thought), and accessible only through the garage.

The hotel was immaculate with a gym and a spa and the Hot Tin Roof restaurant was well worth a night staying in.

The only little complaint was I brought a laptop - unfortunately not wireless and had to use the dial up connection - racked up a $900 phone bill - at check out the gentleman did credit me $767 but still stuck with $133.

The rooms were very clean and spotless the decor and furniture was excell.

Staff were great, room was clean and tidy, the food was adequate we ordered a snack.

But it was a very clean room with much space and a beautiful view.

The room was huge, clean, and very Key Westy!

Room was spotless, drinks were very strong.
