This is a moderately priced hotel that is quiet and very nice for the modest amount it costs.

To bad it has not been kept up as it is in great location.

The room was filthy, bed was rock hard, pillows are flat as a pancake, rug is stained, bathtub is cracked and repaired with putty.

The room was awful, stained carpets and furniture, very very poorly decorated, and no lovely bath to relax in!

The brochure at the desk promised lovely rooms with jacuzzi baths.

When we pulled back the blanckets to fall into the bed there we found a few strands of hair between the sheets!

Rooms were clean, towels were almost see throught, furniture and carpeting old, pillows uncomfotable.

It is right next to the freeway and a few short steps from a great authentic mexican restaurant.

Coffee was cheap tasting and not much of a breakfast.

After a poor nights sleep we took advantage of their continental breakfast, which was a jug of juice, one pot of coffee and a few donuts.

Staff was friendly, bedding was clean and the spa was nice.

When my husband asked the receptionist if she could make some more coffee she said they were only allowed to make one per day!

    Santa paula seemed such a nice place, friendly staff and the room did have a good a/c. Microwave came in very handy.

    This hotel is disgusting. The whole place smells like smoke,even if you ask for a non smoking room. The room was dirty and not very well taken care of. I give it a 1 out of 10.
