  Experienced a great staff, clean rooms and small kitchenette a big plus. A large fridge and a hotplate, more than enough pillows supplied. Naturally good for breakfast and dinner at the Irish pub on the square.

  The location is fantastic, the Ocean Beach is in an excellent spot right in town and best place to be on the Fourth of July. The price is good and staff is great. Tv is fine, jacuzzi are quite nice and the fridge is a huge plus.

  Good views of the ocean and long Island. The hotel is clean, price off season is awesome and the proximity to the beach is nice. The staff is very friendly and the little kitchenette came in handy to keep some water.

  The location is wonderful, ocean Beach is at par or better and the fide place in town is a must as well as John. The staff is helpful, friendly and rooms are clean. The pool is nice.

  The view was just amazing and town was fantastic. This place was clean and staff were friendly. The rooms were nice and bathroom was acceptable as was the kitchenette. Indoor pool was great.

  Just facing the ocean, view is amazing and as the place down the street accepts pets and is actually cheaper. The staff is super friendly and helpful, the rooms are fine, the pool is a nice great as well.

  S just two blocks from Montauk', location was awesome and this place had BY FAR the best view. The staff were friendly, room was clean and the indoor pool /jacuzzi was a nice change as well.

  Great location right on the beach, most of the ocean front hotel rooms are ocean view and staff is friendly. Good water pressure in shower and the facilities are clean.

  Beachfront rooms on ground floor have great view and access to dune protected beach, hotel is ordinary accommodating. The pool should not be warmer than the hot tub.

  Beautiful sightseeing and a good stay. Long lines at john's pancake house, nice staff and the rooms need updating and were in poor condition for the money charged. Stocked kitchenette was helpful.

  The location is ideal as you can walk to town and a variety of restaurants, great place right on the ocean. Rooms are always clean.
