Ocean Beach Hotel San Diego - 圣迭戈

It's definitely not the ritziest part of town, and you should know that before staying here, but I think the OB Hotel is in a great location, lovely views of the beach and close to Newport Ave and lots of good restaurants.

Great location next to the beach and quiet then I'd reccomend another hotel.

Great location, no frills place near the ocean and the warm friendly feeling of the staff.

The bars are loud, the partying goes late on Friday and Saturday, and there is constant foot traffic.

The room had two chairs on opposite sides; we used the bed for sitting and as a table.

The rooms had a Queen bed, microwave, and refrigerator.

The bed was terrible and the bathroom was tiny.

Also the hotel has recently been renovated and comfortable bed awaiting one's day has been completely exhausted.

The bathrooms are a little small, but who spends that much time in the bathroom when you're on holiday anyway.

Another important feature of Ocean Beach, especially for young families- or big families, is that the restaurants are very reasonably priced, including the wonderful family restaurant on the pier.

We also liked all the restaurants and shops that were just steps from the hotel,up and down Newport Avenue.

Breakfast and lunch were inexpensive and then we would order take-out and have big family dinners in the courtyard of the hotel, making our own salads and having our own sodas and beer and wine.

Good price and great location - plenty of restaurants, cafes, bars and funky shops just off the doorstep.

Ocean Beach is a busy little part of town with lots of shops and restaurants, and of course the beach.

The front desk is friendly and attentive, maid service on time every single day; the courtyard is beautiful with a great view of the ocean.

The front desk staff and cleaning staff were very professional, accommodating and friendly.

No elevator –not a problem for us, but be aware of a possible 3-floor climb.

The private small outdoor patio was perfect for enjoying a glass of wine and the lovely common garden terrace was great for entertaining visitors.

The parking lot was so tight that we had to wait 15 minutes to park our Tahoe.

Free wireless Internet and no amenities - cheap soap.

A good cable TV selection and free wireless internet were bonuses.

Staff very helpful, clean rooms and good food.

I just needed a clean place, great staff and the door to the room didn't shut tight.
