  The beach was nice even after the hurricane came through and the rooms were clean and the view of the pool and ocean were fabulous. The service was great, the water in the shower was always very hot and the main waiter at the buffet/main restaurant was AMAZING.

  The beach is lovely and the pool is ok, alwys sun loungers available, over all a beautiful hotel set in a beautiful country. The activities staff is awesome, all the bars are great and the food here is far better than the buffet.

  The beach was one of the best in cancun and the room we got was fine. The food was excellent and the bartenders at the pool were really good.

  Plenty of beach chaises and shade available, all of the staff went out of there way to make our stay enjoyable, the food is great at the all 3 restaurants and even the buffet.

  Great location and wonderful place. Good fro the money, excellent staff and the maids cleaned very well every day. The rooms were just fine, ernesto in El Mirador bar by the buffet restaraunt was by far the best bartender.

  The pool area was clean and safe and overlooked a beautiful beach, the caribbean water was of course exceptional, the food was great and you defenitely got value for your money.

  Great for the money, excellent Hotel and all the staff seemed very nice and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of pillows, the food I found very good.

  All in all, a great stay for the price, very helpful staff and the air conditioning was JUST ENOUGH to were you weren't sweating. The food was fabulous.

  More money equals better room and hotel, nice staff, the water at the pool was always clean and the perfect temp. The food/beverage service was great.

  Pleasantly surprised and a great value, very Nice, Exceptional Staff, the water was also very clean and warm. Mexican restaurants were amazing as well.
