  Just watching the ferry from the window was great and the room was comfortable and the harbour view was nice. The hotel was reasonably smart, staff were incredible and the Reservations Manager was more helpful. The suite we stayed in was fantastic, breakfast was good.

  The view was fantastic and my first impressions of the hotel were very good. Decoration in public rooms was clean and bright, again, the staff were super, fresh towels each morning and the bathroom was immaculate. Breakfast was great a full scottish set us up for the day ahead.

  Great location, nice hotel and attentive staff on reception were exceptionally helpful. Rooms were comfortable and warm, breakfast was an array of fresh food and was a fabulous start to the day.

  Bar areas are clean and modern, the Hotel has some good things going for. The staff in the reception are efficient and helpful, the accommodation is excellent value for money. Breakfast had a large selection to choose from.

  Staff were friendly and curteous, and we enjoyed sitting by the fires in the lounge area, the hotel was ideally situated and our room had a fantastic view of the bay, the furniture was nice and the refurbished bathroom was excellent. Service in the bar at night and at breakfast was very good.

  Excellent location and oban is lovely shame about the hotel, the staff is friendly. The rooms are well appointed.

  Plenty of hot water, the bar WAS available and the staff were talkative and pleasant.

  The room had limited furniture again looked as old as the building and the hotel management was not helpful.
