Oasis Palm Beach Cancun - 坎昆

This hotel is in a great location and fun to stay at.

There are not many chairs ar this location.

We have two kids, 5 and 7, the pool is magnificient with a "kiddie" pool, the ocean is nice and quiet on that side it is perfect for the kids with no large waves, the location of the Hotel is perfect easy access to all shopping and dowtown Cancun.

There was a bus stop across the road from the hotel which took you to all the great bars, restaurants and shopping centres, buses are really cheap so dont bother with taxis.

Don't get suckered into paying round trip transportation to and from the airport, taxis are easily accessible and sometimes cheaper.

Their rooms were in the Oasis Cancun section but, they had an ocean front view, a balcony, a king size bed, a bathtub, a fridge and room service.

THE FIRST NIGHT WE WERE THERE IT WAS STILL CROWDED FROM SPRING BREAK AND WE HAD A DOUBLE BED ROOM BUT WE ASKED FOR A UPGRADE AND A KING BED AND THEY MOVED US THE VERY NEXT MORNING TO THE ROOM BELOW THE PRESIDENTIAL SUITE AND IT WAS FABULOUS!

The first night we got there we got one of the worst rooms, the room stunk like humidity and old dirty fabric, our view was the street, the beds were hard as a rock and the bathroom had a horrible smell.

We had a beautiful room with a king-size bed and panoramic windows that ran the entire length of the room with a view of the beach and ocean.

On the 3rd night, the phone in the room didn't work so I had to get out of bed and go to the lobby.

The palm thatched buffet restaurant has excellent food: fresh tropical fruit and salads, fresh breads and pastries, a smoothie bar, fountain drinks, Corona beer on tap, pasta dishes, Mexican meat dishes and a dessert bar.

The food and service in the restaurants was quite good, especially the breakfast buffets.

Food: Only one breakfast restaurant (buffet) that had from small to quite long line-ups every morning.

The food at the restaurants was better than I expected, especially at the Mexican restaurant.

Breakfast and lunch at the beach bar is ok.

The staff was great and helpful and all that we spoke with from the front desk to the waiters to the bartenders all spoke english.

I was there for a week, and was not approached once regarding timeshare and I spoke to the concierge staff on a couple of occasions as they handle the restaurant reservations for the a la carte restaurants.

The bartenders and the waiters give an exceptional service always refill your drink they dont let you wait long if you are ordering staff at the snack bar etc.

The food was good, the service oke, the entertainment-staff was wonderfull, and the sea was calm but beautifull.

The gym looked brand new, clean and is inside the Spa area, right off the pool.

Lobby stairs to outside pool area was made by black marble which is very dangerous to kids.

We were stopped in the lobby and they were not allowed to enter the elevator or come to our rooms.

The room was very clean and spotless, the buffet in the big hut was great.

The rooms were small but VERY clean and tidy.

Hotel was pretty clean, the service was great and adn the veiw from our room was spectacular.

Service is better and the rooms are very very clean.

The hotel was very clean, the activity staff 10/day were great and the bathroom was huge and nice.
