The place was clean with private parking and an extra large bed. We were in a deluxe queen room with a free safe, USB ports, and a mini refrigerator. The staff was very helpful and excellent all the time.

The staff was very caring, so I would definitely return. The stay here was SPECIAL for 5 nights beginning of January. Everything was first-class, yet a few employees were very rude. Location in the middle of the city was a plus.

We walked everywhere, the location was magnificent and perfect, perfectly in the centre of everything. Popped in Highlander Bar for shots before sleep, it was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the venue.

This hotel offers a great location to explore all areas of Costa Teguise. It is only a 2-minute walk from the square and all the local restaurants, making it perfect for dining options. The staff here are incredibly caring and professional, always going above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay. The rooms are well-equipped with amenities such as air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace are lovely places to relax and soak up the sun. The entertainment provided was hit and miss, but the option to shut the doors and enjoy the double glazed windows allowed for a peaceful evening.
While the hotel needs a little updating, I would still recommend it to all. The location, service, and overall experience more than make up for any outdated aspects.
