The room is fairly priced. The hotel is in the central location close to casino. Plus, it's in Melbourne Central Business district, short walk to restaurants in Southbank, Melbourne's finest food outlets and shops and Flinders train station.

Had a really comfortable stay for 2 nights, everything was well-maintained. The room was neat with an excellent view and I truly enjoyed the funky-style building. A lounge and thick blackout curtains worked well. The location was marvellous and lovely, just a pleasant stroll away from an art museum. I ate at the in-house restaurant near the hotel.

I stayed at this place for a night out in the city and it was a great choice. The location was very strategic for Southbank activities and it was easy to get to with on-site parking. The staff at the reception were very friendly and provided excellent service. The room was very comfortable and had a beautiful view of the city. I appreciated the essential provisions provided, the air conditioning, and the balcony on the room. The leisure facilities, including the indoor swimming pool and sauna, were a great bonus. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for city accommodation.

This hotel has bad customer service. Although the staff were very friendly and helpful, some of them could really do with some customer service classes.
