  Location was perfect for us and the hotel itself was clean well worth the rate charged. Bed was more comfortable than our one at home, great shower, staff were lovely and at night, the apartments were quiet. Elevators were quick and towels were provided and won't be changed unless paid for. Complimentary continental breakfast was appreciated.

  Good location and nice Hotel. Staff helpful and friendly, fantastic Apartment, clean the dishwasher too. Hot beverage satchets given only 2 each coffee/sugar/tea.

  All in all price, location and nice modern rooms far outweighed cleanliness, hygeine and service, great Value. Staff were polite and helpful, the apartment not luxurious was quite comfortable and more than adequate. The supplied continental breakfast was enough to get you going for the morning.

  Great views and hotel was in an excellent location. Staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and nice, the complimentry breakfast was very generous.

  The city lights were good too, the hotel was very modern and the rooms were well furnished, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The apartment was spotless and great restaurants were all around us.

  The apartment was well equipped and had a great view of the water, the bed was comfortable and the hotel was quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful, room was cleaned only intermittantly over 4 nights.

  The apartment was spotless we arrived and the harbour views were spectacular, overall, our stay was good, staff were extremely friendly and were informative. The room was always tidy clean and pool and gym were great.

  The views over aucland harbour were amazing and value for money was exceptional. The reception staff were brilliant in advising and organising this for us, apartment was great.

  Room was very tiny, no balcony and not a very nice view, the best hotel I stayed in in the North Island. Eva on the reception was very friendly and helpful on our early arrival, the beds were very comfortable.

  Great location about 300 metres from Britomart, good for short stay and very clean and well equipped apartments.

  Poor service and sofas were dirty.

  The views and the air flow through the open balcony concept was awesome, the two bedrooms were clean and nicely furnished.
