Clean and centrally located in Auckland, the location of the hotel just in the city center, staff very welcoming and helpful.

Situated right next to the police station - couldnt be safer!

The police station was around the corner, and we felt very safe at all times of the day or night.

The 1 Bed suites feature a balcony off the bedroom that look out towards the harbour bridge/marina, with some of the view obscured by other apartment blocks.

Our apartment had one bedroom, a kitchen area (including a washer-dryer), a small but adequate living area and a bathroom (shower only).

The room - a 2 bedroom apartment was clean and comfortable but the washer/dryer is a hinderence.

We had a two bedroom apartment, kitchen, living area, and bathroom for NZ $109.

Continental breakfast was fantastic and the Tepid Pools can be found at the bottom of Hobson St near the Viaduct.

The Continental Breakfast was a nice addition and the facilities were great.

Dishwasher a fantastic shower and great restaurants.

    The location was excellent and walking the short distance was convenient. The decor was tasteful, staff were helpful and the shower had fantastic water pressure. The Continental Breakfast was a nice addition and the facilities were great.

    Very nice overall great location, helpful staff easy access to town and close proximity for a wide range of eatery. The hotel is clean and peaceful room even is located on a main thoroughfare. Superb facilities include a full kitchen' dishwasher and only toilet paper can be replenished free of charge. A very good package including breakfast, understand new owners of the complex.

    We didnt get parking under neath the building instead we had to park in front of your reception and i wiuld really have liked a folder of local information including eateries.
