  A) amazing location, in the centre of Melbourne city and enjoyable to stay in. Very nicely appointed rooms and food magnificent.

  Poor service and gym was good too, didn't use much.

  A generally excellent hotel, the room was a great size and very comfortable.

  Reception staff were impersonal, no friendly conversation etc and restaurant was not good.

  Proximity to CBD excellent, the free tourist tram and easy walking distance to all parts of the city. Hotel ok and comfortable, reasonable price. The bar in the lobby is really good the drinks are really cheap, staff generally didn’t smile and weren’t very friendly, lots of big mirrors in the room and bathroom is cool.

  Menu is expensive, the pool is not heated and was freezing.

  Location and price was good, decor of the room was very modern, the staff I can say were accommodating to us, could not look us in the eye. The bed was fantastic, kitchen was well presented and equipped, breakfast was cheap. The facilities were great.

  Great location and value, the free tourist bus. Fantastic for anyones budget, good price and the staff at reception were pleasant. The room was well presented and the kitchen was nice and the bathroom was very stylish.
