      We were just peeved that the hotel didn't come clean when we spoke to them directly about the locality of the 1 bdrm deluxe apartment - we paid the extra money for nothing.

      Convenient location, an ideal situation I would definitely stay there again and the staff were friendly and professional.

      We travelled from the airport (domestic) to the Oaks via taxi, costing us $35.

      Oh and another thing, we asked them to call us a cab to get us to the airport, they told us to go out and flag one, no hotel should say this, if they dont want to call us one they should go out and flag one themselves, thats just rude!

      There are loads of shops and restaurants within walking distance, and though the traffic outside didn't stop all night, being on the fifth floor muffled the noise.

      Darling Harbour is a nice place and if you want a good meal at a reasonable price go to Waterfront Bar & Grill we found this very good.

      Oaks is well situated to shops, restaurants and attractions.

      This was handy, as there are so many delicious and reasonably priced restaurants there (I recommend the Blackbird Cafe!

      walk to Circular Quay and great restaurants nearby close to Darling Harbour.

      This time around the front desk reception were not only the rudest and uncaring staff who could welcome you, but prefer to gossip with each other or read text messages while the line of guests grows longer.

      Pool, Spa, Sauna and Gym are all available for guests use.

      Downstairs there is a lovely indoor pool, spa and sauna.

      There was an indoor swimming pool and spa, as well as a fitness centre.

      1 brm apartment was very clean and tidy, also childfriendly.

      I would reccomend this apartment to anyone seeking a clean, reasonably priced place to stay at a great venue in the absolutely amazing city of Sydney.

      The rooms were clean, nice sized kitchen had all the mod cons needed including a laundry and pillows were comfortable.

      The staff are friendly, liked having the room to have friends up for drinks before going out and sauna are clean.

      The room was very clean and safe, as you needed a swipe card to get to your floor, and the amenities at the hotel were also very good.

        Good location, convenient for shopping & trains and at the end of the day there were no steep hills to climb was great. Hotel was well situated and the staff was so helpfull. The rooms were clean, nice sized kitchen had all the mod cons needed including a laundry and pillows were comfortable. The pool was accessible.

        TV was old style and the resupply of dish soap was also very spotty. I was told I may be able to get a 12 noon checkout.

        Good access to the City and including free town shuttle to Quays/Ferries. Short walk to Circular Quay and great restaurants nearby close to Darling Harbour. The staff are friendly, liked having the room to have friends up for drinks before going out and sauna are clean.

        They simply supply new towels and at 6pm dinner time I discovered that the oven wasn't cleaned. The receptionist is bad attitude.

        Good location for shopping and do your food shopping at Woolworth's near the station - they have pretty well everything. The hotel itself is pleasant and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The apartments themselves are large and towels should have been free.

        The most annoying thing is that payment has only just gone through my account on 6 Nov & I booked on 29 June, some damage to a worktop in the kitchen to ensure I wasn't charged for damage that occurred before we arrived.

        The location was fantastic and directly across the street from Darling Harbour was perfect. Relaxed was quiet in the hotel, the staff were helpful and our room was large & comfortable. The laundry facilities were great.
