More people should be enjoying this beautiful hotel and at the price the room is clean and comfortable.
Situated for easy for access to the countryside, the location is good for anyone visiting Burnley and comfortable a little warn in its decor.
You also cannot smoke anywhere in this hotel but the location for Burnley town centre is good if you have transport - probably about a 20 minute walk.

Although the beds and bedding were spotless there was thick dust on the skirting boards dado rails window cills and around the edges of the floor.
Lovely hotel our room was very quiet, the staff were very friendly and stained glass windows were stunning.
Light bulb neede replacement as does the telephone sa you could hardly heat the caller they could hear me, bar open till late and fresh cooked to order breakfast.
Enjoyed a very nice evening meal in the hotel restaurant, cleaning staff were all very pleasant and the room was comfortable and quiet.
