  The location is excellent and just a few minutes walk from Darling Harbour. Even my friend insydney visit us in the hotel they like the place as well and proximity to City & low noise level. Express lift service much more efficient then regular lift to other floors and a comfortable spacious self catering apartment very close to D. Local calls are free, restaurants is a wonderful bonus and we had planned to use the pool as looked magnificent.

  We arrived at 10.30pm to be confronted by a huge brick building and checkouts could be run a little smoothly.

  Location was very good and as the big doors to the block were locked. Our stay was very pleasant and the building was very interesting. The nearby car park was convenient, the staff were friendly and also i spoke to your employee a filipino one his very nice.

  The housekeeping was very minimal for the price we were paying and i was on level 5 right outside my apartment was the freeway 24/7 traffic this room should not be used as an apartment. The elevators were very slow and we noticed on the day we moved in that the dishwasher was filthy. Check-out procedure was amongst the worst I have experienced and car parking facilities were too far away.

  Good location to city, the apartments are located on a quiet road and close to lovely darling harbour. The staff are excellent and the taps in the bathrooms leak also there is just one little support on one shelf in the master room that needs to be put in so one can use the shelf. Fully equipped kitchen would be handy for longer stays, its facilities is great.

  The building is ugly inside and so a later checkout option would have been nice.

  The location was amazing and thought rates were good value. Also as the building was once a mill the floor appearance was very strange, the staff were very pleasant and helpful, gentleman at concierge was excellent. Room was comfortable and had a well-equipped kitchen as well as a washing machine.

  Liked the convenience location, easy walking distance to everything and we all loved our stay. Great building, overall a very good property at a reasonable price and the staff so nice. The room was clean, comfortable and the kitchen was fully functional, spa were available till midnight.

  Location is ideal, very convenient to Darling Harbour and we have seen other guests complain about in the reception as well. Room features - everything you need & being able to open the window, quick review: The facilities are great.

  The building is very old, we only ended up finding by street number and long wait for lifts long lines at checkout.
