Everything was modern, including reasonably good and knowledgeable staff on reception desk.

Enjoyed Mackay, the hotel was comfortable down the east coast of Australia. The room we had included a kitchenette area, it's own balcony and a kettle. The view from our room was LOVELY.

We got high standard and nicely furnished room with smaller pillows, laundry. Location: the hotel was so close to Trucks, the pub over the road having a live band playing and people yelling/screaming all night long and the CBD restaurants. Tried some takeout specials at Moss on Wood, luckily it was not too far from the venue;))

I truly enjoyed the breakfast with a wide range of amazing food. The staff was efficient, provided an easy check-in and a late check-out. The location was comfortable and magnificent, not too far from a free-admission water park. I visited bars and restaurants not far from the hotel...

We had apartment with good comfy beds and bedroom and all kids.

I recently stayed at this 4-star hotel and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The location, although in a slightly strange area, was quite centrally located and within easy walking distance to shops. The rooms were larger than most I have stayed in, with a spacious sitting area and a big balcony with adequate seating. The hotel also provided all the necessary amenities, including a well-equipped kitchenette, free toiletries, a washing machine, and a flat-screen TV. The staff was friendly and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. I had a fantastic experience at this hotel.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, I would still highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The location may not offer the best views and traveling around without a car can be a bit inconvenient.

Great amenities! Our room had a microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, iron and ironing board. The bathroom came equipped with towels, soap, shampoo, and conditioner, which was super convenient. , the location was perfect, it was close to Coles and other great shops. We enjoyed a lovely afternoon at a cozy coffee shop and ate great burgers at a restaurant within the building. The best part of this hotel was the friendly reception staff who were always welcoming and very helpful.

Too much noise and lack of attention to detail. We were not impressed with the nearby bar that played loud music late at night making it difficult to sleep.

Poor equipment.

The hotel is conveniently located near shopping places, entertainment centers, and restaurants, all just a short walk away. The hotel is situated in the disabled spots which make it easily accessible. there's ample parking at no extra cost. The rooms are generally comfortable, clean, and well-appointed with a well-equipped kitchenette. The pool is lovely and the reception staff are friendly.

The front desk staff seem to lack communication with each other, leading to confusion and delays in service.
