      Shops is excellent and great stay except for the lecture from the security guard. Friendly staff checked us in even check in is at 2pm, grimyness around the shower door/walls etc_ Looked like needed a clean.

      City Botanic Gardens and nice stay. Staff very rude and unhelpful, very comfortable bed, plus a reasonable assortment of kitchen tools. Good facilities.

      Fantasic view of the Botanic Gardens and the river, good value. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable, the bed was a hollywood twin , and was actually quite comfortable.

      Very convenient for my business needs and a good location getting in and out of the city by car, the room is spacious and clean.

      A bit of a design refresh would go a long way to making the whole experience better and one of the staff at the front counter personnel attitude needed a little sunshine.
