  Realy handy for Windsor, lovely building and the breakfast was also good disappointed to be buffet style. The location near the river was amazing, the staff were friendly and the receptionist we spoke to was very helpful. Rooms was great and pillows were very comfortable. Curtains kept out light - always a plus for me and everything - could not fault anything from the gardens to the food everything was fabulous.

  Concierge provided totally irrelevant directions towards that bridge, on both mornings we were turned away for up to 30 minutes tables were cleared and the service in the bar was absurdly slow. Additionally dinner was expensive eg:12.00 for a starter.

  Great location, being able to use the motor boat and a lovely retreat from the theme parks. The hotel is Spotless, only 6 rooms are in the old "castle" building and within walking distance of Monkey Island we attended a wedding. The front desk staff seemed at best, check-in efficient and the bedrooms are luxurious in every way. Outdoor terrace are stunning, comfy sofas to sink into and again an excellent choice this time for the whole family.

  The links into the local town are not impressive and no raised toilet seat etc. Drink significant over priced, the swimming pool/spa would have been better.

  Beautiful riverside location, the young man that sorted the boat was lovely and went round windsor town. In addition the setting was delightful, the house itself was impressive and the staff were friendly. Our room was large, the mini bar had a bottle of water in complimentary Great and jacuzzi was nice so too was breakfast. Dinner was good - bit pricey, the receptionist did not greet us and the gardens provided peaceful walks by the riverside.

  Gorgeous views and alongside river thames was lovely. Our stay was awesome, the main building itself was also impressive and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was also fantastic and the food was excellent.

  Pay extra for a suite in the main building, it is worth every penny. The staff are friendly and helpful, the restaurant does great food and the bar is friendly and efficient.

  Excellent location right by the River Thames in Windsor, the hotel is easy to get to as long as you don't use jnc 8/9 from the M4 as stated in their directions and the service is prompt and courteous. The rooms are big.

  Very nice location and lovely setting. Furthermore reception services were excellent and aC was not turned on so very hot we had to move to get a room the windows were not broken shut all that being said the Staff were superb. The breakfast was great.

  Ideally located away from the busy centre of Windsor and the hotel has beautiful scene. They staff were brilliant and the room was very nice indeed. Food was excellent.

  In lovely surroundings - dining room staff were great, the position beside the river in splendid grounds made our stay very relaxing and service on the whole was professional. The bedroom was spacious, the breakfast on the first day was superb.
