The rooms were updated and good-sized with the bedroom and sofabed, for instance, just what was needed. The personnel was helpful and affable, and the host too. The location was great and fantastic and the free parking was onsite. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Dick's Last Resort.

Location: the hotel was not far from tram station and restaurants and shopping. In the evening we visited Flapjack's Pancake Cabin, set very close to the venue. Our room was updated and good sized, included with a king sized bed and appliances and the bedroom.

When we visit Gatlinburg, like staying here. The room is well-maintained, the people are helpful and amicable. It has great and fantastic location very close to Amazing Mirror Maze. There is a nice restaurant.

The rooms were updated and close to the main strip. The location was quiet and the condo was very clean. The bed was comfortable and there was a cozy living room area with a HD TV. The balcony was a nice addition and the indoor heated pool was clean and warm. The proximity to downtown was perfect, with many excellent restaurants and pubs within walking distance. The all-day trolley pass for only $2 for two adults was a great deal. a scenic, quaint, and affordable stay.

It has great and easy location for visiting Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies. So we also will come back, but we didn't have time.

We got a room for 4 adults with a queen bed and a pull out couch. The pull out couch was awful. The cushion was extremly flat and needed to be replaced! Two of us slept comfortably :(
