The onsen was a great way to relax after a day of skiing. The location of the hotel was perfect, with shuttle buses stopping right outside and easy access to all the ski resorts. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We also appreciated the hotel's ski lockers and the convenience of having the shuttle bus as the last stop, ensuring we always had seats.

The hotel staff were exceptionally helpful and polite, and the breakfast provided a variety of options for both Western and Japanese tastes. The location was perfect, with a convenient bus route right outside the hotel and easy walking distance to restaurants. The hotel also offered shuttle services to the ski resorts and provided a drying room for our ski gear. We enjoyed the onsen after a day of skiing, and the spacious Japanese-style room was perfect for our family.
