We had an incredible Easter stay at this beautiful plantation! The cottage we stayed in was adorable and impeccably clean. The antique furniture gave it a charming touch, while the modern facilities provided all the comfort we needed. The staff was welcoming and even escorted us to our cottage in a golf cart. The property was stunning and we loved exploring it at night. The mattress was so comfortable and the air conditioning kept us cool during the warm temperatures. Plus, we enjoyed the mint juleps on our private porch!
Although the food facilities were closed at night, we were able to order in from a menu crafted by the talented chef. The food and drink were outstanding, especially the pecan pie.

The location of the hotel is convenient for exploring the Vacherie area and is close to restaurants. Guests can also easily access the plantation's gift shop for souvenirs. The rooms are well-appointed, with comfortable beds and modern facilities such as Tempurpedic mattresses and air conditioning. The bathroom is fully stocked with toiletries and plenty of towels. The service is exceptional, with welcoming staff who go the extra mile to make guests feel at home. Breakfast is included and the food is outstanding.
The house tour can feel rushed and crowded, as there are multiple tours happening simultaneously.

Had a great time at a plantation near New Orleans. The cottages were charming and had modern facilities. The breakfast was delicious and provided in the rate. The plantation was also beautiful and the staff was welcoming.
The location was somewhat isolated, and dining options were limited, with most restaurants being at least a 30-45 minute drive away. It was also important to plan meals well as many nearby restaurants closed on Sunday and/or Monday.
