O'Keefe Plaza Hotel New Orleans - 新奥尔良

The rooms were certainly cheap enough, and the location is good for getting about NO while avoiding the Bourbon Street idiot crowd and the much more expensive hotels located near there.

The location was perfect for walking to French Quarter and best place i stayed in new orleans staff was very nice all good.

The location of the hotel was right on point a few blocks from Bourbon, 5 minutes walking to Harrah's Casino,3 blocks to the Superdome mostly everything was so close that I did not even need the car.

Versus W on Poydras where there was a lot more foot traffic at night.

The convention center is a good walk and a cab costs 7.

Once in the room, there were no pillows on the bed, no hot water and no toilet paper.

Upon arrival in the room it was average size with a king bed but very clean.

The next night we moved to the Quality Inn down the street which was $50 cheaper, and at least 2 times nicer - it had brand new rooms, lovely beds, bathrooms, and the staff were fantastic.

Room 2: got moved to smoking, however still regualr bed.

Friends of ours in another room repeatedly returned to find that the bed had been made with one bottom sheet, then the cover on top of that - no blanket and no sheet.

None of us ate breakfast because one of us who went down the first day found the table crawling with ants in the dining room.

The continental breakfast was good (cereal, toast, bagels, waffles, muffins, grits, apple juice, orange juice, coffee).

The Lady at the reception was receptive, i will say the water was never hot and the free breakfast was very good.

The first time the only thing wrong was the front desk staff.

The staff was nice and the manager I originally booked was very helpful.

I had a flight to catch in less than two hours, so I reasoned with the lady at the front desk (the one from the check-in) and she told me that if I left such and such information with her the manager would be able to do fix everything afterwards.

The hallways,elevators and lobby entrance SMELLED!

Figured out why we did not see other people in the lobby, elevator or hallways.

In addition helpful service and the room was large and clean.

The front desk was nice and kind, bathroom was clean.

The room were clean and the continental breakfast was good.

Good wi fi service and rooms were clean and comfortable.

The hotel has decent sized clean rooms and is also walking distance to the Amtrak/Greyhound stations (approx 5 mins).
