It is located on a fairly busy street which is a bit noisy at night but not more than any other in a Dublin central location I suppose.

Located only a short walk from the many restaurants and stores on Grafton Street I think it would be difficult to beat the location.

The location was very handy, loads of public transport, taxis etc nearby.

The hotel is also about 5 to 6 blocks from the airport shuttle coach stops, which is far more affordable than a taxi for ‘coming from’, and ‘getting back’ to Dublin Airport.

Ended up literally flying to the airport in a taxi not to miss the flight back to the UK.

We booked the junior suite which consisted of a sitting room, bedroom with a queen size bed and bath/shower room.

The bed was king size, the bathroom impecable, lcd tv, ironing board, coffee/tea machine in the room, which had a very good size and cupboard.

My room was ready for me on arrival and what a room - massive, big shower, big bath, big bed - immaculately clean.

Accomodation consisted of Entrance Hall off which were extensive bedroom with en suite bathroom and all amenities expected of a 4 star hotel, separate lounge and dining room and a second bathroom.

So- the room (a junior suite @ E250 incl service, tax and breakfast) was comfortable, had spot-on air-con, a biig, comfy bed, two TVs and a couple of decent sofas.

The bar in the hotel was also very nice, we didn't eat in the restaurant but wish we had as the prices in the hotel for both drinks and food was considerably cheaper than the restaurants and bars we went to.

The breakfast was very nice with plenty to eat, we also had lunch in the bar which was not very nice so I would suggest eating outside the hotel.

We didn't eat at any of the hotel restaurants, though we did enjoy room service breakfast on our last morning (we split a full Irish breakfast to offset the 20Euro cost!

It was a short walk to Bewley's on Grafton Street for breakfast and there are dozens of restaurants in every price range within an easy walk.

We also had a breakfast in the bar on Sunday which was great.

The hotel maid service was good & the reception area & hotel bar are very pleasant.

Excellent service from the staff and room spacious.

For a 4 star the lack of Spa/pool was a disappointment, but the friendly and very helpful staff more than made up for this.

The lifts have a dodgy feel to them - in fact on our first night in the hotel, the Dublin fire brigade had to arrive to rescue some unfortunate people who had got stuck in one of the lifts.

Parking is a couple of blocks away, you'd be better off paying more and staying in a 5 star hotel that includes parking.

First problem: The wireless internet connection (EUR 15/24 hours) did not work.

They had high-speed internet access and even had an outlet in the wall for American plugs.

The hotel was vey clean, my room was a double as on my own I end up getting a single room with no room to move.

The staff was helpful, the room was clean.

The rooms were clean and decent sized, with terrific showers.

The room on floor five faced the street, and was quiet, clean, comfortable.

The staff were very helpful and the rooms were very clean.
