This hotel has a fantastic location in the centre of old town Trapani, on a pedestrianised main street just across from the Cathedral. We had a room overlooking the street - it quietened down at night - the bells stop, the cafe below closes and there are no scooters, so we had a good night's sleep. If staying in a modern hotel is important to you, stay in one of the new build hotels close to the train station.
A sweet old lady seems to run the place including providing breakfast. The hotel has some charm without doubt, but it is dated - all the furniture is old, it feels like the place hasn't been updated in decades.
