Very modern, pleasant friendly staff, free Internet and extremely good value for the money Good.
THEY offer to us free shuttle bus to the city center and i make many trips to Madrid.
The fitness center is decent and hotel staff don't have good English skills.

Nice hotel for conferences, not much for the prices I paid and on arrival the reception team were fantastic. The hot tub was tepid and not at all we were expecting, the breakfast buffet was large and quite good.
