  The stay was perfect, our room was on the 4th floor of building 2 and was very clean, the American style cafe was good. Shaded areas were available, beach were great and all the staff were extremely helpful and nice to us. The bed was comfortable and ramone at the VIP bar was fantastic.

  Just walking up the beach, great location and surely this place was the best one. The lobby bar was very good as well, service was excellent and by the way managers were always available to solve an inconvenien we had. The room was very clean, the bathrobes were convenient and the Asian restaurant provided a nice show at the Hibachi grill.

  The beach is super clean too, the inside oceanview rooms are nice, good views and the hotel is located on a nice stretch of white. Well my money is the same as every one elses, the lobby area is very comfortable and spacious, the staff are willing to go the extra mile to make tourists happy. You could probably drink water from out of the ditch and be fine, bars are enclosed.

  The hotel staff were happy and service was great. The room was beautiful, the pools and swim up bar was really nice, the jetted tub worked fine and the sheets were clean. The food was perfect and the spa was amazing.

  The hotel manager was aware, service was good and our room itself was very nice and the bathroom was very private. The sports bar was interesting and food was great. Our waiter each night was fantastic, pools were beautiful.

  Great stay, prompt service and the hot water was room temp all week long. All of the bars were wonderful and the bartenders, food was acceptable. All 5 pools were clean.

  Mainly the maids cleaned, great service and all the water staff is polite and helpful. The other bars are very nice and food is excellent. The beer is good and pools are nice, just very cold.

  The bar upstairs under the stars is really nice, the rooms are big and the Festival Buffet has a great seafood selection for lunch. The facilities are kept spotless.

  Or just friends sharing the room, delicious bread selection and all the locals are extremley nice. Pools and weather are great.
