very good stay, no complaints whatsoever, we would recommend. cool hotel, it has helpful service and magnificent location in best neighborhood. the breakfast with scrambled eggs and free wifi and a cozy atmosphere is very decent for what is offered.

My friend and I stayed at a hotel in a central location, just a short walk from the train station. The hotel was clean, and the staff at reception were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a tasty breakfast with a nice variety of food options.

Everything was alright. Quite clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was enough although the variety was not very big. Location is very good (although it is next to lots of sex shops and prostitutes walk around, but there is no real problem with this).

You have to leave the key every time you go out, so you must go and get it every time to go in and since reception is on the first floor, it is not comfortable. The elevator only takes you to the fourth floor, although your room might be on the fifth.

Exceptionally clean homey hotel, efficient staff and ideal location in the red light district. Perfect and pretty decent breakfast, practical economy room. Variety of supplies in the room: central heating, a work desk, and TV. Excellent service, public parking available nearby. Not to mention very good wifi! Real good overall experience.

Great location even when the area is not the most beautiful. The staff is great, breakfast was good and the lady very friendly. Normal beds, very clean. Space was OK for individual room.

If your room is in the 5th floor you need to walk upstairs one floor because the lift is only up to 4th floor.

The room was practical & good-sized together with a nice view, a bathroom, as for instance.

Small lift.place for only 2pers.but it says 4.you have to go up 4- 5stairs to get to lift and it only goes to 4th floor.near sex shops,hores standing outside.do Not recommend for families.Small roomsUncomfutable bed.The breakfast buffe is not a real buffe and very expensive.Go to another Novum-hotell
